Amish children walk home from school. They do it in any kind of weather. Their parents don't line up in front of school to give them a ride home. They don't for the most part ride on buses. They just walk home, usually carrying lunch boxes or small coolers, and they do it every day. If you know where to watch, when a school is letting out, it is one of the finest sights in all of Amish country.Labels: Amish, Amish Culture, Amish Photographs, Amish-Country Mysteries, Holmes County, P.
